I have been practicing acupuncture for the past year in Warwick and recently moved my practice to the area of Bicester. I have found acupuncture to be an effective means to treat both specific conditions such as migraines and back pain as well as more general issues such as feeling unwell or tired all the time for no apparent reason.
Acupuncture can be used on its own or as a complement to western medicine. It is effective in the treatment of a wide range of conditions and is also good for those who simply wish to maintain their general health and well-being. Patients often come for acupuncture for a specific condition and then continue to come for treatment because they find it helps them in other areas of their life. They often report an improvement in their energy levels, quality of sleep and ability to cope with stress as well as feeling more positive about life in general.
